Welcome to YouClipy ("Service"), operated by WaveAI. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

YouClipy lets you select sections of YouTube videos and export them as MP4, MP3 or GIF. No video is stored on our servers — the file is generated on demand, delivered to you and deleted.

2. Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the content you process. Use the Service only for content you have the right to use (your own, licensed, public domain, or fair use). Respect third-party copyright and YouTube's Terms of Service. Do not use the Service to infringe rights, redistribute protected content without permission, or for any illegal purpose.

3. Account and plans

Some features require an account. Keep your credentials safe. There is a Free plan (ads, watermark, limits) and a paid Pro plan. Logged-out visitors have daily per-IP limits.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Charges recur (monthly or yearly) until cancellation. You may cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow applicable law and case-by-case review.

5. Availability and disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that a specific video can be processed (depends on YouTube). We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or misuse by the user.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
